This is one more excellent spot for fishing. We love the attractive views of the mountains and river at 2nd Dam. Wind Cave is a beautiful hike, but it is significantly longer and involves climbing uphill, so it may not be an excellent experience for little kids. The cave, which is actually more of an exposed archway, is awesome though, and a great pleasant spot to rest after the hike.
We love this pleasant quit in Logan Canyon. Rick's Springtime is a short little quit along the canyon road.

One sits under the springtime and you have to scuba dive to view it, but the other is a brief little cave to the left of the springtime. Tony Grove is one of our favorite places to go to in Logan.
The lake sits about 7 miles from the main canyon road, however definitely worth the journey. The wildflowers in the center of July are beautiful. Limber Pine Trail is an easy trail to this enormous tree. It is truly regarding 7 trees that grew together, but still impressive. The path is gorgeous and even has a Bear Lake overlook.
